The best way to order is to call me at 828-298-6007 between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM eastern time. If these hours are not convenient, please contact me by e-mail at RJwdcrafts@aol.com, or leave a message on my voice mail. In either case, give me your name, phone number and indicate a good time for me to call you back. I will be able to help you select the box you want, and the wood to be used, and will be able to give you a delivery date. Or, if you know what you want and prefer to do business by e-mail, just send me the information and I will get back to you with a delivery date. Please do not e-mail your credit card number.
I usually don't have a lot of stock on hand, but will need to make your box(es) to order. This will take up to two months, usually less, depending on where I am in my production cycle and what the item is that you order. If you are in a hurry, I almost always have a few boxes on hand, and if one of them suits your needs, I will be happy to send it off right away. I usually ship via UPS but can also do 3rd Day, 2nd Day, Next Day, USPS or FedEx. Regular shipping prices for addresses within the continental United States are: $5 for box sizes BX-01 through BX-07t, and $10 for sizes BX-17e through BX-19.
