Urns
These are some of the specialty boxes I have made. Some were intended to be urns or memorial vessels. Others were jewelry boxes with designs that could be modified to make them suited to your needs.

Faithful Friend

The outer vessel is Tasmanian Blackwood with ebony hinges, feet and pulls.

The inner vessel lifts out, and can rest on a base on the back. The ebony closure unscrews.

Memorial, $3500

Closed view. The body is mahogany, with ebony hinges, feet and latch.

The outer doors are open, showing the second vessel, made of bamboo. With a rosewood burl pull.

This shows the third vessel, redwood burl with ebony closure.

Threaded closure removed. This box was only intended to hold a portion of the client's mother's ashes.

Ring Box
This box could be made larger, with a hollow vessel inside. Instead of a "clam shell"  the inner vessel could have a threaded closure for ashes.

Closed. Walnut burl with Indian tamarind hinges and pull.

Outer doors open. Inner vessel is bamboo and ebony.

Scarab
This is a jewelry box, but it could be made with a removable inner vessel with a threaded closure, similar to "Faithful Friend" above.
